    We do not refund or replace items marked DELIVERED under any circumstance. If the shipment has been marked DELIVERED, it is the customer's responsibility to verify with the shipping carrier.

    RETURN

    BTW SPORT will accept returns of UNWORN clothing with original tags, clear packaging, and all labels attached. We do not issue exchanges of any kind. Return requests must be initiated within 7 (seven) days of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 12 days of submission to qualify for a full refund. Refunds will be issued as in-store credit only.

    • Orders returned that fail to meet the above criteria are subjected to a 20% restocking fee or the entire refund may be declined. 
    • Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable. 
    • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless in the event of a shipping error or if you receive a damaged item. 
    • Please allow 5-7 business days from the day we receive the item to process. 
    • You will receive an email after your return has been processed. 
    • If approved, in-store credit will be issued in the form of a code sent directly by email within 24-48 hours.
